Serving dinner 4:00–8:00 PM, Tuesday–Saturday.
Join us for dinner in a warm, friendly, and casual atmosphere, with quality, variety, and value always in mind.
Dinner reservations are recommended and easy to make right here with our reservation widget. For parties of five or more, please call the restaurant directly at 207-733-0122.
Bar and deck seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are welcome to stop in for drinks when space permits, particularly earlier in the evening. During peak dinner hours, these seats are prioritized for dining guests. A number of indoor tables are also available without reservations.

Our menu
The Water Street Tavern menu features traditional Down East fare, daily specials, creative entrees, local favorites you’d expect, and a few dishes you might not. Our chef enjoys bringing the flavors of the region to the table, with much of what we serve shaped by the seafood and produce we buy from local sources whenever we can.
And, of course, lobsters of two pounds and up are available. To-go boxes are available as well.

Water Street Tavern proudly supports Maine agriculture, seafood, and the Down East economy by buying local products whenever we can and providing jobs to local residents.
