We want your stay at our inn to be as enjoyable as possible. Please take a few moments to read the following reservation and policy information.

To Reserve a Room at Water Steet Tavern & Inn

Please check room availability online before making a reservation. Reservations may be made through our website or by calling 207-733-0122.

ALL ROOMS REQUIRE STAIRS TO ENTER.

Cancellations

There is no charge for reservations cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date. Guests who cancel less than 7 days before arrival will be charged one night’s rate if the room cannot be re-rented. This charge will be refunded if the room is subsequently rented. If a guest does not arrive and does not cancel, one night’s rental will be charged to the credit card on file, or the deposit check will not be returned.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and cash in U.S. dollars.

Check In / Check Out

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m.; check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Early arrivals are welcome to check in with us and drop off luggage. Late check-in is available. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 p.m., please call 207-733-0122 for instructions on obtaining your room key.

Room Occupancy

Room rates are based on single or multiple occupancy.

Children

Children are welcome; however, we ask parents to be mindful that the comfort and well-being of all guests is our primary concern.

Pets

Pets are not permitted in guest rooms or dining areas. If pet odor is detected in a room, an additional cleaning and deodorizing charge of $250 will be applied.

Smoking Policy

The Water Street Inn & B&B is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking is not permitted. If smoke odor is detected in a room, an additional cleaning and deodorizing charge of $250 will be applied.
